STCO is not just an organisation, it is a people’s movement dedicated to protecting wildlife and preserving our natural heritage. Over the years, STCO has consistently raised its voice against illegal activities such as poaching and mining, while advocating for stronger conservation policies and responsible environmental practices. What makes STCO unique is its ability to bring together youth, local communities, and concerned citizens, turning awareness into meaningful action. The example of Sariska stands as a testament to the power of collective effort, where consistent advocacy and public support helped restore what was once lost. Today, STCO continues to inspire individuals to step forward, volunteer, and contribute towards safeguarding forests and wildlife. Conservation is not the responsibility of a few, but a shared duty of all, and STCO remains committed to leading this change with dedication and purpose.

Wildlife conservation today requires more than policies—it requires people. STCO has emerged as a platform that connects intent with action, encouraging individuals, especially the youth, to actively participate in protecting our environment. By creating awareness and mobilising communities, STCO has played a significant role in highlighting critical issues and supporting conservation efforts on the ground.

Hon' KS Bains Ji (IPS)

Retd. DGP Rajasthan.

All my life , I have been fascinated by an interesting thought. That since life on Earth has evolved over a period of time , the inter- linkages of all living organism , plants , insects , animals and humans, are not only very strong but unbreakable. This convinces me that the whole environment , which has provided all the Flora and Fauna , is to be deeply respected. And out of this firm belief, I would urge all human beings to treat Life, in any form, with responsibility and admiration.

STCO is doing a remarkable job in wildlife conservation and its education. Their work for creating awareness about wildlife preservation among the public is vital for protecting biodiversity, encouraging sustainable practices, and motivating collective action to preserve ecosystems for future generations. Through initiatives like school programs, media campaigns, and public awareness days, people are made conscious about the interconnectedness of life, campaigns against poaching, and preserving the planet’s ecological balance. I have been connected to the wildlife conservation work of this organization for the last many years and wish them well in their endeavors.
